Take a little time for yourself to work out your goal, your goal picture, and your changers (min. 5 min, max. 45 min).
These minutes are time well invested in your change - in short: in your happiness/satisfaction.
If you don't have time/leisure now, you can of course fill out this page later.
Goal Clarification & Sharpening
Even if you already know what your goal is, start imagining in detail what you want to change and what should improve.
The following questions will help you. And keep in mind two principles:

Use only positive descriptions and ideas, i.e. don't ask yourself 'What will no longer be', but describe 'What will be there / be possible instead'?

Don't describe the steps towards your goal, but initially only focus on what your future will look like when you have already arrived.
So, here we go ...

Assuming that your Changers help you achieve all that you imagine ... what will be the first clear signs for you or for other significant people that you have arrived there? What else? What else? What else?

What is the good thing about getting there? Why is it so important to you? What do you get out of it? What else? What else? What else?

Which ability/characteristic do you need/do you have to develop in order to get closer to this goal?

When was the last time you had a little bit of this goal state / of this ability/characteristic? How was that for you?

You decided to use Changers because you believe/know that this change should be/is possible. What exactly tells you, how do you know, that this change is possible? What else? What else? What else?
Find Your Goal Image
A picture is worth a thousand words and is a powerful ingredient for change.
After reading the following question, close your eyes for a while ...
When you think of the goal you just described, of the state you want to reach, or of the ability/quality you want to develop ... which image, which symbol from nature, from your environment, your surroundings spontaneously comes to your mind? Maybe it is not a thing, maybe it is only a form / a color ...
If you are surprised about the picture - it doesn't matter! Your creative subconscious has given it to you and it is meaningful.

If several images come to mind or perhaps none at all, then take a little more time. Maybe it is better to let this question sink in and in the course of the next hours or days see what images appear / what strikes you.
If your change is important to you, take the question with you and an image will come to you sooner or later. Just stick to this question and ask it several times a day. Which image symbolizes my goal?

maybe you can put them all on your changer,

or maybe it makes sense to build a second Changer

or you can find a symbol that unites the images.
Once you have figured out an image, think about where you can find it.
Maybe you have a photo of it.
Or you can still photograph it.
Or maybe you want to paint it.
Or you can find it on the internet.
